Job Title: QA Software Consultants
Location: Mercerville, NJ (Local Only)
Duration: 5.5 months

Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent
Will play a key role in creating, executing, monitoring the testing plan for the software development cycle. Will also conduct overall document review, tracking of programmatic and IT related aspects of the child support system.
Must have strong document review experience, with current script writing and development experience. Also, must have experience using current QA software.

Role Description:
Execute system testing and facilitating user acceptance testing including writing test scripts and test plans. Maintains tracking system for results and corrective action
Compare actual project procedures to the specified standards, procedures, and, if required, specific 3rd party contractual requirements.
Create end-user documentation including quick start guides, user manuals, and on-line help systems.
Analyze quality data to detect unsatisfactory trends or weaknesses for mitigation, remediation or correction.
Conduct audits of processes for conformance to specifications and to detect processing and technical documentation deficiencies and recommend corrective action, including establishment of acceptable quality levels and statistical techniques;
Provide regular reports on the results of compliance reviews to the project team, project team leaders and management. Report on progress on action item resolution and possible risk areas.
Obtain feedback from project teams regarding the overall effectiveness of software quality processes followed.
Review with team and develop continuous improvement action plans.
Report status to executive team.
