MUST:
HTML 5 development experience
Solid understanding of Responsive UI
Solid understanding of Frameworks such as twitter bootstrap, bootstrap or knockout
CSS3 development experience
Solid javascript experience
Experience with either MVC or MVVM architecture
Experience working in an agile environment

Role:
They are currently working on a Smart Compliance Portal Application. What this does is give the end user access to:
Tax information, garnishment, unemployment, verifications, tax credits and pay services. These candidates will be doing the front end development for the portal and will be responsible for the responsive design. They will work onsite with the scrum teams and UX/UI designers to create the best web application portal for their end users. Candidate must have proven track record working with the old and new versions of HTML 4 & 5 and CSS 2&3.
