*2+ years: Unit Testing frameworks (i.e. NUnit, MS Testing Framework, NMock or equivalent)
*3+ years: Web Services, WCF, WPF
*3+ years: Experience w/ Source Control (i.e. Clear Case, Subversion, CVS, GIT, etc)
*3+ years: SQL Server and Oracle
