REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years EBS OPM application experience
- 3-5 years troubleshooting and problem solving experience

- 3-5 years troubleshooting and problem solving experience
PREFERRED:
- financial planning and consolidation (i.e., Consolidated Statistical Information system, Consolidated Monthly Financial Reporting Package, Monthly Report of Operations, Outage and M&G report, Operating Efficiency Report, CCIP, etc.)
- forecasting and analysis processes plant and headquarters
- Ability to work with a cross-functional teams to deliver common objectives
- Ability to lead effective meetings, including user design review sessions and stakeholder review meetings
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and methods
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with steel manufacturing operations and related key costing methods and approaches
