Qualifications / Requirements
BS/BA required. MBA desired.
Minimum of 5-7 years of Project Management/Planning experience.
PMP certification desired.
4+ years of technical project management experience
Must have good analytical problem solving skills
Proactive personality and proven leadership skills
Expert knowledge of project management best practices.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle(s) / SDLC
Exposure to multiple methodologies is preferred. Especially Agile or SCRUM
Demonstrated expert organization, interpersonal, & communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Action-oriented
Experience interacting with internal & external stakeholders
Expert verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills
Ability to work as a team member
Experience building successful client relationships or internal team relationships
Ability to design programs and tasks
Ability to proactively identify and recommend program improvements
Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture.
Experience managing geographically diverse teams.
Ability to work effectively with diverse styles, skills, and abilities can across cultures
Ability to make complex decisions using sound judgment
Strong negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
