Technology Project Manager
The candidate for this position should have five or more years working as a Project Manager. This position will be managing two projects: 1) the upgrade of the Oracle ERP application hardware / infrastructure and 2) the remediation of security vulnerabilities in 7 applications. These efforts impact the same technical and business teams, which is why we would like to have them managed by the same resource. Both projects are ready to start and the project is expected to last through the end of May.

Requirements:
Five or more years’ experience as a Project Manager
Experience managing an Infrastructure upgrade for a large enterprise application (e.g. Oracle ERP)
Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills, including planning, change management, scope management, contingency planning, risk mitigation, etc.
Develops relationships and works closely with business teams, functional teams, and technical teams
Strong written and oral communication skills and strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, and to lead and influence cross-organizationally with and without direct authority.
