Specific Skill or Knowledge Required:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5-10 years project and program management experience
Strong time management, planning and organizational skills including the ability to manage simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience advocating and driving change
Exceptional thought leadership and analytical skills
The purpose of this position is to actively drive the implementation of project deliverables defined in a project charter while ensuring the budget, scope, schedule, risk and quality meet specific success criteria. Throughout the life cycle of the project, this role is expected to ensure key stakeholders are informed and engaged and ensures company and industry standard project management methodologies and tools are utilized.
