Job Description

·        
This role requires implementing the design, development and deployment of Big Data and data warehouse solutions for multiple business segments at the client.

·         Build and enhance an analytics platform for Clients’ data stewards across various business areas Design and implement Big Data solutions based on functional requirements from business areas Work closely with multiple cross functional teams to effectively co-ordinate and manage business user expectations Work with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Metadata Architects to ingest data from various source systems into Hadoop

·         Lead ETL/ELT solution design and development using multiple various industry standard or custom built tools

·         Provide scalable solutions for large data volumes (Terabytes of data) and complex reporting needs

·         Strong skills in SQL Leadership, critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

·         Ability to come up with creative and innovate solutions to complex functional requirements Experience in data mining, analytics, decision/pattern analysis and operations research Metadata Management, Enterprise data security architecture and Data Warehouse best practices Strong experience in designing and developing large scale and optimized Data Warehouses using Teradata, Oracle and Informatica In-depth hands on experience in database, ETL/ELT design and development and should have excellent data analysis skills Experience in developing DW solutions for two or more of these functional areas Sales, Operations, Support, Finance

·         Understanding of different programming languages and their use Experience in maintaining production systems for 3+ years.

·         Experience in developing in 2 or more databases.
