Must have skills:
core java, oops concepts, multi threading, any framework experience.
Skills:
strong Java/J2EE with fair knowledge of any Database

Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu f every year of education
At least 8 years of experience with Java/J2EE Technology
At least 4 years of experience with Unix, RDBMS
Preferred
At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Strong Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
