Job Title:Video Conference Master Control Operator
Job Location: Rochester, MN
Job Duration: 01 Year (contract)
Pay Range: Open
(Working Hours) 20 hrs per week.
Job Description:
The desired candidate will be self-motivated and reliable.
This position entails providing operational support for video-based tele-health events.
The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week distributed between the hours of 6:30 AM and 1:30 PM.
Daily work schedules may vary, and will be dependent upon the actual events scheduled for a given week.
Highly Required/Desired Skills:-
Competency with MS Office and other basic computer applications is required
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively perform in a live production control environment
Basic IT and networking skills are required, certifications including Network Plus and A+ are preferred
Familiarity with videoconferencing technologies such as Cisco-Tandberg and Vidyo is desired, but training will be provided to the successful candidate
