SAP QM FUNCTIONAL

Location: Hopkins, MN

Duration: 3+ Months

•          5 + years of SAP Design and Implementation experience in Quality Management (QM):

•          Proven record of interacting with multiple business units and functional teams

•          Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people

•          Proven conflict resolution skills

•          Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment

•          Experienced working with ambiguity

•          Strong problem solving/decision-making skill

•          Experience leading and influencing others, including senior level personnel

•          Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues

•          Project demands may from time to time require work during non-standard business hours. An example would be during a system implementation at a plant which can only happen during scheduled downtime

Preferred

•          Past project management experience

•          Experience with:

o          SAP QM Configuration

o          Specifications

o          Inspection Plans

o          Inspection Lots

o          Inspection Results

o          QM Master Data

o          Outbound Inspection Processing

o          Previous Lab Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment

o          Quality Notifications

•          Work experiences across multiple lines of businesses

•          Ability to identify information required to make critical business decisions

•          Familiarity with technical requirements and system configuration
