Title: Network Engineer

Location: Hanover, MD or Columbia, MD

Duration: 6-12 month contract

CANDIDATES MUST BE US CITIZENS!!!

Description:

The goal of this position is to make the developer's life easy so they can focus on writing code. This entails:

1.Manage the development infrastructure

1.Windows (Windows Vista and above)

2.Linux (Mostly CentOS 6)

3.Cisco (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)

4.VMware

Required Skills:

1.Cisco ASA/VPN experience. Needs to know how to install, configure, and manage ASA firewalls and VPNs.

2.Cisco Network device experience. Needs to know how to install, configure, and manage Cisco Switches and Routers.

3.VMWare vSphere experience. Needs to know how to install, configure, and manage vSphere.

Desired Skills:

1.Linux System Administrator experience. Needs to know how to install, configure, and manage CentOS flavor Linux.
2.Windows System Administrator experience. Needs to know how to install, configure, and manage Microsoft Windows Domains. This includes Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Degree: Bachelors Degree in computer science or computer engineering (desired)
