BVoIP Engineer :

Location : Tampa, Florida

Duration: Long Term

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

·         The BVoIP engineer must be proficient at the techniques that go into the development of overall solutions.

·         This will include assessing marketing requirements from our Product Management group and extrapolating the technical requirements to create the end to end design and architecture.

·         The correct candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and act with autonomy in managing work load and provides leadership to a larger team supporting the service.

·         The BVoIP Engineer must also be proficient in exercising technical leadership which requires the ability to accept responsibility for the success of the overall solution, coordinate resources that are often not directly under their control, and provide the support necessary to ensure overall success.

·          Additionally the correct candidate will manage solution design with internal and external suppliers in a manner that is consistent with service requirements.

·         Demonstrates good written skills to document solutions, designs and architectures and possesses strong verbal skills to be able to present at both working and executive levels.

  • Cisco Unified Communications Suite
    • CUCM
    • Unity Connect
    • CUPs
    • CUMA
    • CER
    • CUCCE/X
    • CUOM
    • CUBE
    • Familiarity with Cisco's HCS service highly desirable
  • Microsoft product suite
    • Lync 2010, 2013
    • Media Server
    • Directory Server
    • Exchange
    • Office 365 (Dedicated / Shared)
    • Experience with Microsoft to Cisco interop a plus (CUCI)
  • Various Layer 3 and above  Protocols
    • TCP, UDP, IP,
