Location- Dallas TX

The Business Analyst chief role will entail defining, analyzing and implementing business solutions to fulfilling business needs. The business analyst will take the lead role in working with stakeholders to understand and analyze the various requirements of a company in terms of telecommunications.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Designs and document work flow, manage and provides solutions for new business unit ideas, trends, and concepts appropriately through the latest technological paths.

·         Understands the customer's business requirements and business process management, and then translates them to particular software requirements.

·         Prepare accurate and detailed specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.

·         Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product's functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.

·         Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.

·         Interact with the technical team to ensure that plans and schemes have been properly understood and implemented.

·         Utilize project scope and requirements to work with development to drive the design, review test cases, process change requests, and manage the project's scope, acceptance, installation and deployment to meet the client's business needs.

·         Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams in assigning the tasks, reviewing the work and driving the deliverables

Skills and Specifications

·         Must understand and have experience in telecommunication industry.

·         Experience in corporate environment for large-scale data applications.

·         Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

·         Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.

·         Ability to think analytically, make effective decisions under pressure and have the ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.

·         Must understand and have experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited institution.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field is an added advantage.
