Experience working with commercial core clinical applications is a major plus.

Clinical healthcare systems experience is a plus.

Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) with cross‐functional teams is a plus.

Experience with Allscripts, Cerner or Epic is a plus.

CBAP certification is a plus.

Experience with HL7 communications is a plus.

Experience in medical interface implementations (HL7, CCD) is a plus.

Previous experience with HEAL Grants or Health Information Exchanges (HIE) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Deliver BRDs, FRDs, design specifications and other relevant documents and materials.

Proactively communicate status of key activities, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.

Work within timeline and resource constraints provided by the Project Manager.

Work collaboratively with Systems Analyst to develop designs, mockups and prototypes.

Interview users, stakeholders, and sponsors to assess departmental needs to create requirements documents.

Research industry best practices; collect and analyze data; draw appropriate conclusions and recommendations.

Communicate technical design and issues to non‐technical people.

Effectively communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders and vendors.

Work collaboratively with all team members including Developers, QA Analysts, internal business stakeholders and vendors to insure trouble-free implementation.
