Location: Lincoln, RI
Duration: 6 Months Contract–to-hire mode

Direct Client Need - Performance Test Lead - ASAP!!
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with 4 years of Load & Performance Testing experience OR 6 years of Performance Testing Experience.
Expert level experience using LoadRunner/Performance Center.
Good communication skills.
Experience in a leadership role with sound decision-making skills.
Able to work independently on multiple simultaneous projects.
Experience with many protocols supported by Performance Center such as HTTP/Web, AJAX, Terminal Emulation, Siebel and Peoplesoft.
Database testing knowledge, especially Microsoft SQLServer and ORACLE.
