Job Description:

Technical/Functional Skills:

Must have hands-on experience working with

Java, JDBC

Teradata 14.10, TPT

JBOSS

Unix Scripting

Mercury Quality Center (QC)

Good To have:

Knowledge of Common Data Format for flat files and the HDF5 format.

. Familiarity with Teradata database

Roles & Responsibilities:

Refactoring of Java Code for improvements

Discover efficiencies and suggest improvements

Coordination with SMEs for requirements

Capture all the requirements in the Quality Center (QC)

Prepare Technical Design

coding, testing,

Production migration

support

Participate with other team in upgrade of Jboss

Generic Managerial Skills:

Experience with project management concepts: task and dependency tracking, risk abatement and tracking, Status reporting

Agile Project Management experience is a plus.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills

Knowledge of six sigma is added advantage
