Skills Required::

· We need a very strong MS Access and SQL Server developer immediately.

· Following technical skills are mandatory apart from very good soft skills

MS Access 2003 and 2010

a. Extensive skills in MS Access front end development
b. Migration from 2003 to higher versions like 2010

MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008

a. Writing Stored procedure
b. Writing function, trigger
c. General T-SQL skills
d. Upgrade to higher MS SQL versions
