Business experience with software development, with 2+ years functioning in a senior/lead role.
Strong problem solving skills
Broad life/group (1 Candidate in Life), or industry knowledge including an expert knowledge of insurance products and their features such as annuities.
Exhibits strong English language communication skills and strong ability to multi-tasks
Experience working with clients, gathering detail requirements and developing solutions based on those requirements
