Position :: Business Analyst (Local Only)

Location::  Chicago, IL

Duration:: 1+ year

Job Description and Skill Set::

·         Analyze business process and document as-is or to-be processes (knowledge of MS Visio as a process documenting tool).

·         Develop or refine business/operational processes/procedures required by new software and technologies.

·         Gather, analyze and document business requirements. Produce functional specifications.

·         Design and document data and programmatic integration of multiple systems.

·         Provide input and assistance for the design, development and delivery of training for impacted users.

·         Create and execute integration system test plans and test cases as well as advise end users with creation of user acceptance test plans and test cases.

·         Provide process improvement recommendations and contribute to initiatives to improve the quality and productivity of the software development process.

·         Proven analytical, decision making, and problem solving abilities.

·         Proven ability to understand business problems and assist with solutions being identified.

·         Prior experience on large project development efforts required.

·         Procedural development/workflow analysis experience required.

·         Able to provide estimates for project deliverables.

·         Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or an equivalent program required

Experience

·         Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant technology supporting information systems preferred.

·         Experience with Clarity is a Strong Plus.
