9to9 Software Solutions is looking for SAP ChaRM Technical Functional Analyst for our client in Jackson, MI.

JOB TITLE:  SAP ChaRM Technical Functional Analyst

LOCATION:     Jackson, MI 49201
Duration: 4 – 5 month contract

INTERVIEW MODE:   Phone screen then in-person or Skype

The ChaRM support person will be responsible for the tracking of defects and enhancements that will be used for maintaining ChaRM in ECC, CRM, PI, BI and Portal systems. They will also support the BASIS effort to install ChaRM in GRC and eREC. We will be looking to bundle changes into scheduled releases to improve the overall usability of the system while also introducing new tools or features like RetroFit and Promote Ahead functionality.

Responsibilities:
Support ChaRM in a very large and complex SAP landscape
Support the interim process while ChaRM is fully rolled out and communicating changes to the tool for all ChaRM users.
Training new users as the tool(s) are applied
Track and Follow up on priority and bundling of enhancements and defect fixes.

Requirements:
5-10 years experience SAP
3-5 years experience with ChaRM
Past experience supporting and implementing ChaRM
Extensive knowledge of the ChaRM tool and what capabilities are possible to fit our environment and our specific needs.
A good understanding of Transport of Copies, Customizing and Workbench transports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to run small training sessions for technical teams
Some basic project management skills around prioritizing changes, bundling and scheduling changes with proper communication and training.
