Leadership/ collaboration skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to interact with technical staff, customers, and management

Testing experience in a variety of applications and infrastructure projects (testing in security, SAP, ServiceNow is a plus).

Knowledge of testing best practices

Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge to others

Desired Skills:

Project management skills – ability to manage to completion medium to large scale projects

Knowledge of business process mapping and documentation of business requirements, systems design, and technical standards

Automated testing experience HP Quality Center QTP/BPT (Quick Test Pro and Business Process Testing) or SAP TAO

Load Runner knowledge/experience

HP Quality Center Knowledge and experience
