JobTitle : Data Warehouse Analyst
Location: Northridge, CA
Duration: 7+ Month Contract
upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test
ROLE SUMMARY/ QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of professional experience in data mining
3 years of professional experience performing software validations in a regulated
environment.
Master-level experience with SQL database programming and APIs including SAP
Data systems integration experience with combining multiple disparate systems
Working knowledge of ISO quality system (ISO13485), USFDA Quality System Regulation,
and relevant international standards.
Working knowledge of problem solving and statistical methods as applied to data mining,
process and product quality.
Excellent skill at writing technical reports, business correspondence, technical procedures
as well as administrative procedures.
Ability to present proposals, data, and issues to personnel at all levels.
Ability to facilitate consensus within cross-functional teams and at multiple organizational
levels.
Ability to independently determine and develop approach to a wide range of issues and
problems. Solutions must be thorough, practical, and consistent with organization
objectives.
Works with moderate direction and supervision.
Ability to provide solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MS or PhD in Computer Science or Statistics
Proficiency with Big Data Analytics (Hadoop is preferred)
Mathematical modeling of complex systems and strong programming experience using R,
MatLab, KNIME, RapidMiner, etc.
Experienced in Agile/Scrum
Knowledge of probability, statistics and modeling related to data mining
Project Management experience.
An ability to interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often
requiring coordination between organizations.
