Duration      :  6+ Months

Role Description: Designs, develops, conducts full testing and supports production implementation as well as post implementation warranty period. Investigation and problem resolution for production support as well as new development.

General Description: 

•       We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Studio/.ASP NET developer with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance web applications using Microsoft technology stack. 

•       The candidates must be highly proficient with C# Language, ASP web page development, TeleRik, migrating pages to IIS, and strong development skills using SqlServer Transact-SQL(T-SQL) language. 

•       On IIS webserver, as a Developer, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining web applications. 

•       This person will work with other developers and business resources to build highly-performing application in the area of supply chain. 

•       The application functions include re-engineering the line side parts delivery calculation system to be based upon the actual vehicle sequence.

Requirements/Must Have: 

•       At least five years of development experience using Microsoft Visual Studio technologies. 

•       Experienced in understanding design and developing applications that have good online response and highly available. 

•       Must understand software development methodologies and well versed with application lifecycle management.

Skills & Qualification: 

•       Good knowledge and development experience using .NET Framework, including Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, Telerik and Javascript. 

•       Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer). 

•       Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices. 

•       Ability to design and develop SQL Server 2012 stored procedures and functions. 

•       Understanding of managing applications using IIS web services and experience with Windows Services. 

•       Ability to comprehend and complete tasks using requirements and design documentation. 

•       Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks. 

•       Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions. 

•       Strong interpersonal skills a must, as this person will frequently be communicating with our business partners. 

•       Good communication skills and the ability to work with in team environment and independently as needed. 

Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex application environment and experience in managing code using TFS.
