Must have shipped at least 2 apps to the iPhone App Store
Experience building custom UI elements for iPhone (more focused on UI portion of Mobile)
They need to able to mentor junior iOS Guys
They have been passing on people that don't have enough experience, or enough experience with UI/UX development.
