Role ServiceNow Discovery Engineer
ü 8+ years of experience and responsible for handling the development internal to the ServiceNow application
ü Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, AJAX/Jelly/PERL, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
ü Experience in Onsite/Offshore model
ü Experience in Application development being part of entire SDLC
ü Ability to understand business processes
ü Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
ü Knowledge in Airline domain
ü Basic UNIX exposure
Roles and responsibility ü Analyze Business requirements and provide accurate technical work estimates.
ü Design and architect systems taking into account both functional and non-functional requirements for both onsite & offshore activities
ü Ensure compliance to design standards and best practices.
ü Provide technical leadership to solve problems and guide on the design and development
ü Perform extensive design and code reviews
ü Present architecture/design to the client team
ü Co-ordinate with delivery team at Offshore for development and delivery
ü Identify key technical risks and strategies to mitigate them
