Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

•           Managed and maintained the cellular services offerings.

•           Managed the business unit cellular program.

•           Providing training sessions for new and current cellular coordinators .

•           Plan, test and maintained internal Cellular Ordering Website tool. Provided level 2 support for problem orders.

•           Developed and maintain customer care processes. 

•           Developed and maintain resource tools for the cellular coordinators and users.

•           Vendor management that consists of contract negotiations and management of contracts for wireless services.  Monitor contract terms and conditions to ensure appropriate discounts and credits are received.

•           Work closely with key business unit contacts.

•           Schedule and providing assistance with onsite cellular vendor shows.

•           Cellular inventory planning reports on periodic basis to the business units.

•           Coordinating cellular program  audit complaince

•           Maintain cellular informational web site to assist users.

•           Assist with billing issues.

•           SharePoint site for collaboration and sharing of  information for the cellular coordinators.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•           Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

•           ITIL concepts strongly preferred

•           McAfee Certifications preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS

•           Strong understanding of General Security Policies Strong understanding of McAfee EPO 4.6 , VSE8.7 & VSE 8.8, GSE 7.0 Strong understanding of SLA Based Operation.

•           Good Knowledge in Encryption, DLP, HIPS , Mcafee EPO and Web Security
