Position: Reporting Manager (BI/ ETL Manager)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 12+ Month
Required:-
• Understanding of the concepts, methodologies, or development tasks involved with data (modeling), database/warehouse design and implementation, or reporting
• Collaborate with Operations Managers on the development of Operations Dashboard and Automated reporting by which the Operations leaders can measure productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, quality, compliance and Customer Satisfaction.
• Partner with the LOBs and Product Owners to build key stakeholder dashboards to provide transparency into operational exceptions, loss mitigation efforts and efficiencies that can be used to coach and educate on continuous improvements.
• Deliver accurate reporting and dashboard reporting to the Operations floor in a timely and consistent manner.
• Partner with Information Technology and other Infrastructure Teams to identify and define functional and technical requirements in order to improve and enlarge the availability, reliability, timeliness and integrity of Operations data
• Assess, size, and prioritize report creation/maintenance requests and delegate the development, where appropriate.
