Immediate Reports/Java Developer opening with a locally founded Private Equity and Hedge Fund firm.  In this position, you will use your Java and JBoss skills in order to improve a company's critical application which gives the firm a competitive advantage in their marketplace. The application is written in Java and JBoss on a MySQL Database and is used to track apartment buildings owned, the private equity associated with them, risk associated with particular loans, and geographical statistics from existing and potential markets. Being a high-profile position within the firm, you will be taking direction directly from the COO and should have experience and comfort collaborating with all levels of the business.
 
Requirements:
Experience in Java development
Experience with JBoss
Band report generation
Familarity and working knowledge with reporting packages such as Crystal Reports or Active
Developing with MySQL relational databases
