Job Description:Position: Project Manager with Remedy & Broadband Communications
Location: Tyler, TX (Some trips to company headquarters in St. Louis are also probable)
Duration: Till the year end and proximate to extension
Experience with Remedy & Broadband Communications is Must
Job Requirements: Project Manager
Required
- A senior level project manager with a minimum of ten years of experience in software development.
- Must have very strong leadership management skills.
- Experience with, or technical knowledge of, high speed broadband communications; AT&T, CenturyLink, etc.
- PMI certification from PM Institute of no less than five years as a PMP or PgMP
- Experience with Change Management and Incident Management processes & procedures
- Prior experience in managing or supporting a customer service organization
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Visio and Project
- Experience in presenting project status and discussing projects with C-level executives
- Excellent communications skills
- Previous experience with Remedy migrations
- ITIL certified in Change Management and Incident Management
- Agile expertise, although the project manager is not required to use Agile on this project
- Some experience with IT infrastructure upgrades
- TQM or ISO standards for customer service organizations
