Job Description:
 
Desired Skills and Experience
* 10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
* At least 5 years of experience managing large technology engagements
* A minimum of 4 full life cycle Salesforce.com / Salesforce product implementation & rollout experience as well as at least one other (Oracle CRM, MS Dynamics, etc.)
* SFDC Certified professional
* In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
* Technical background, pre-sales, product selection and delivery experience in a consultancy role, ideally in Telecom . Experience defining business solutions leveraging SFDC
* Practical experiences in the entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application
* Creation of data migration plan, data migration scripts for Data Migration from Other CRM to Salesforce.com
* Experience in developing SFDC custom objects and work-flow business rules
* Experience with third-party tools (e.g. SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader, etc)
* Developing triggers, customization, data migration / integration
* Experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.)
* Should have deep experience in Data Migration and Integration (SSO and web services)
* Applied knowledge of the solution definition, design, layout and configuration of the SFDC implementation and related applications
* Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions, preferably within the financial services industries 
* Knowledge of the product landscape - Siebel, Oracle On Demand, Clarify, Pivotal, MS Dynamics CRM, Aprimo, etc
* Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc as related to SFDC
 
Education:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT Related
