Position: Associate Consultant SAS Analytics

Location: Winston Salem, NC

Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)

Experience: 5-8 YEARS

 

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

•                    Good SAS Base coding skills

•                    In depth experience of SAS Enterprise miner to understand Market basket analysis and respective dashboards.

•                    Good communication skills and experience of working with BA to translate business requirements to the desired code

•                    Good DB experience on SQL and Oracle server to analyze the data sets

•                    Experience on reporting tools like Tableau is good to have (not mandatory)

 

SAS BI

•                    BI - Pre-requisite Should understand the concepts of BI.

•                    Should have basic knowledge in Querying & Reporting

•                    Tool-specific: Should have good knowledge in the BASE SAS & Create and manage metadata using SAS Management Console.

•                    Analyze data and create stored processes using SAS Enterprise Guide.

•                    Build information maps using SAS Information Map Studio.

•                    Build OLAP cubes using SASOLAP Cube Studio.

•                    Create reports with SAS Web Report Studio.

•                    Access information using the SAS Information Delivery Portal

SAS

•                    Demonstrates knowledge of SAS and mainframe concepts

•                    SAS Statistical Modelling

Business Analysis

•                    The role focuses on communicating requirements to project team members verbally and in the form of written business requirements, user interface specifications, printed output specifications and similar documents.

•                    Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.

•                    May write user manuals describing installation and operating procedures.

•                    Works on problems involving complex business requirements and processes.

•                    Must have good working knowledge of a chosen area/function

 

 

Position: Sr. SQL BI Consultant

Experience: 5-8 YEARS

 

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

Business Intelligence

•                    Should be able to develop technological solution of any complexity independently for the intended delivery competency to meet business requirements of a department

•                    Should be able to make effective use of available best practices and standards

•                    Experience Range: 1-3 years of experience in developing technology level solutions like architecture, framework, etc.

 

 

Position: Consultant DWH-BIDW

Location: Bellevue, WA

Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 9 Months)

Experience: 8-10 YEARS

 

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

•                    Knowledge and experience in data warehouse development life cycle, requirements analysis, dimensional modelling, Repository management and administration, implementation of STAR, Snowflake schemas Incremental loads, Change Data Capture and slowly changing dimensions.

•                    Adept in creating complex mappings using various transformations, and developing strategies for Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) mechanism by using Informatica 9.x (on Cloud)

•                    Capability in business requirements gathering, define and capture metadata for business rules, system analysis, design, development, production support, testing, user training, and strategic decision making, problem solving associated with the ETL processes by working closely with BI team.

•                    Experience in performance tuning of sources, transformations, targets, map lets, mappings, work lets, workflows, sessions, and batches. Excellent communication skills, team player, ability to work individually and meet tight deadlines.

 

 

BIDW Architecture

•                    Should have good theoretical understanding of the technology concepts

•                    Should be able to develop technology solutions to meet low and medium complexity project specific business requirements

•                    Experience Range : 0-1 years of experience in developing technology level solutions like architecture, framework, etc.

 

BI DW Analysis and Solution design

•                    Experience in BIDW framework definition, BIDW Architecture, evaluation and comparison of tools.

•                    Experience in preparation of solution framework, whitepapers and knowledge / competency documents.

•                    Interface with product vendors, customers and technical support groups and represent in various internal and external forums.

•                    2 years' experience in BIDW consulting or experience in Design& Implementation of 2 DWH development projects

 

Data Warehousing

•                    Should have competency and expertise on Data Warehouse and ETL tool architecture.

•                    Strong in writing complex SQL Query across different databases.

•                    Experienced on multiple databases and ETL tools.

•                    Should have worked on different layers of the data warehouse layers like Source, Staging, Management, Information, Infrastructure, Feed, and Access.

•                    Should have extensive work experience of at least one large scale data warehouse setup project.

•                    Able to analyze the data flow between different databases.

•                    Aware of setting up multiple data marts and report generation techniques.

•                    Aware of the dimensional, logical and physical data modelling for data warehouse and data marts.

 

 

Position: SAP BI BW Architect

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 9 Months)

Experience: 8-10 YEARS

 

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

•                    The resource should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP BI-BW with strong ABAP skills.

•                    Should have at least 3 full life cycle SAP BW implementation, at least 2 with BI 7.0/BI 7.3

•                    Should be Very good in BW Technical and Functional Collaborate with onsite/offshore team with respect to all ongoing customer deliverable

•                    Should be able to design, prepare FS, TS independently.

•                    Knowledge in APO-DP&SNP is added advantage

 

BI Architecture

•                    Experience in BI/OLAP framework definition, BI/OLAP Architecture, Evaluation and comparison of tools.

•                    Experience in provide technical guidance and mentorship in architecting and designing high end BI/OLAP implementations.

•                    Experience in resolving complex technical issues in BI/OLAP Design, architecture & implementation.

•                    2 Years of experience in end-to-end BI/OLAP design & implementation or experience at least 1 BI/OLAP project end-to-end implementation

DW Data Architecture

Solution Architecture

•                    Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements.

•                    Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options.

•                    Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams.

•                    Work with client architecture teams in - validate the non-functional requirements -discussing and providing inputs on architecture options

•                    Present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as required.

•                    Working experience with at least one common SDLC methods (RUP, Velociq)

 

 

Position: Datastage Developer

Location: Corning, NY

Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 9 Months)

Experience: 5-8 YEARS

•                    DataStage

•                    In-depth knowledge of industry best practices in business intelligence approaches and techniques.

•                    Experience with relational databases in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.

•                    Experience with Ctrl-M job scheduling will be plus.

•                    Experience in batch processing.

•                    Experience in UNIX/Shell-scripting.

•                    Experience with development in DataStage ETL tools (Complex Transformations), Cognos and Business Objects.

•                    Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.

•                    Experience with source code control and management systems.

•                    Experience with PeopleSoft and SAP/SAP BW.

Data Management

•                    Expertise in any of the following areas

•                    Experience in Client Data is must and any two other areas ( Should have strong understanding and deep project experience in the sub domains and relevant products, technology in that domain)

Information Management
