Job Description:

• Very good knowledge of developing code in Force.com platform.
• Should be able to develop APEX classes/Triggers
• Should be able to develop Web Service integrations.
• Have knowledge on Data Loading Capabilities of SalesForce.
• Should develop workflows, both Custom and Out of Box.
• Have good UI development skills to built Custom and Out of Box coding.
• Get requirements and coordinate with offshore to get work done.
• Should have Development Life Cycle knowledge.
• Design the Application Architecture.
• Best practices to be used in SalesForce/Force.com platforms.
• Ability to  choose customization over out of box features.
• Design a reusable Object model to be used across applications.
