Write-up:
· 7+ years of experience as a BSA.
· Proven ability to elicit, analyze and document business requirements, user requirements and system requirements (including process mapping, fit & gap – packaged solution)
· Proven ability to define and document business process maps
· Proven ability to complete fit and gap process for packaged solutions
· Proven ability to analyze data needs and work with Data Architects & SMEs to document data mapping
· 7+ years of experience as a BSA.
· Proven ability to elicit, analyze and document business requirements, user requirements and system requirements (including process mapping, fit & gap – packaged solution)

Summary: We have the opportunity to identify a technology solution that facilities the convergence across multiple risk groups (e.g., Compliance, Operational Risk, Vendor Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Risk & Controls Services) through the development of an Integrated Risk Management Framework. Specifically, we are looking to integrate risk management, compliance, assurance and information processes under a unified framework and build efficiencies and standardization across the enterprise. This would improve our overall risk management and reporting capabilities and help us achieve a holistic and consistent view of risk which cannot be easily done today. We are looking for a tool that would support the Integrated Risk Management Framework and provides the following benefits to client of 1) Ability to achieve greater risk transparency of Business as Usual (BAU) risk and make more informed strategic decisions. 2) Ability to demonstrate our comprehensive view of risk and support the execution of our risk management framework to key stakeholders including leveraging the tool as a repository for policies, procedures and compliance requirements to meet management and regulatory expectations. 3) Infrastructure to enable and support global and domestic risk management activities including issue management. 4) Real time reporting to various stakeholders 5) Ability to distribute, track and monitor completion and results of business line activities (e.g., self-assessments, procedures and control testing.

· Experience in package integration projects leading fit & gap effort.
· Eliciting, analysis and documenting requirements for an enterprise wide GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) package solution project both from a business and technical perspective.
· Ability to work with multiple lines of business leaders/subject matter experts that have differing needs and drive to consensus to deliver a holistic Integrated Risk Framework - GRC solution.
· Provide a holistic and unified view of identified risks and corrective actions that are being tracked by a risk group and being addressed by management.
