Position: Portal Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6 months

Design and Development of complex Portal & Collaboration projects in Portal technologies (Backbase, EdgeConnect etc.)

Analyze and solve technical issues with minimal supervision

Ability to lead and provide guidance to a team of Portal developers (.NET/Java)

Provide thought leadership in planning, Technical strategy and solutioning of complex Portal solutions and integrations with multiple backend systems including Content Management, Search platforms, .NET and Java based services

Solid hands on experience in designing and implementing portal solutions

Strong knowledge of Portal and Web technologies

Solid hands on experience in designing and implementing web services using SOAP/REST standards

Must have experience in Content Management, JSR168 specification, Web services (SOAP and REST) , RDBMS  technologies

Must have experience in web security for web forms, applications and databases

Must have experience in Responsive Web Design and Single Page design concepts

Familiarity with other systems and languages such as: Microsoft IIS, SharePoint, SQL, Java, Responsive Design and LDAP
