Educational Qualification : MS MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Location : Houston, TX

Experience : 04-06 years

Resource required : 02

Duration: 01 Year

Job Description:

• Execute the FEA analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
• Provide FEA support for mechanical design teams and assist in the analysis of components to meet material integrity objectives.
• Be able to provide accurate estimates of analysis durations.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned project consistent with accepted GE engineering practices. Develop mechanical design for parts and assemblies and set up BOMs to execute NPI designs

·         Familiar with API and ASME Section VIII Division 2 and 3 requirements

·         At least 5 years' analysis experience. 

• Familiarity with the oil & gas industry along with the workings of drill through equipment

·         Familiarity with Ansys or Abaqus
