Location : Eagen, MN
Duration : 6+Months Contract
Face to Face Interview
Minimum Qualifications
8 years technology development related experience.
2 years experience in the following technologies to research, evaluate, develop and test using:
.Net 3.5 or 4.0 based application development
MVC Pattern experience
Rest services or Web Services experience
Dynamic HTML, XHTML, Ajax and CSS
Knowledge of XML and related technologies
Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS
Proven track record of being able to solve complex problems independently and to seek out and generate innovative solutions
Very strong interpersonal and communications skills including both oral and written proficiency (must be able to present effectively to a wide variety of audiences including development teams and partners within the business unit)
The ability to present complex technical topics to a non-technical audience
Experience and\or a willingness to work in a fast paced Agile software development environment
Demonstrates self motivation, ability to learn quickly and to apply learnings to solutions.
Very strong interpersonal and communications skills including both oral and written proficiency (must be able to present effectively to a wide variety of audiences including development teams and partners within the business unit)
The ability to present complex technical topics to a non-technical audience
Experience and\or a willingness to work in a fast paced Agile software development environment
Collaborative leadership style and a strong commitment to continuous improvement
Required Technology Skills
