Job Description:Role : C++ Developer  (Quantitative Developers) --- MUST sit in NYC
No of positions : 5 Positions
Length: Initially 4 months
Location: New York city ,NY OR Columbus, OH OR Dallas, TX
o   These are travel positions.
o   The consultant can be either located in NYC, Dallas or Columbus or is comfortable being on 100% travel (Client will pay this and time ½).
o   All roles will move FAST, they are hiring off of a couple of phone interviews.
o   They do need to pass a background check; Credit and criminal being IMPORTANT.
o   Project runs until the end of October. The client, is requiring US Citizenship for these positions
 
Responsibilities:
·         Analyze and validate business and functional requirements involving advanced modeling and mathematical concepts
·         Design high-performance software implementations
·         Design test strategies for software implementations
·         Implement and test software, and document results
·         Coordinate efforts with other team members for effective system integration and testing
Minimum Education Required:
·         Bachelor's Degree required (Quantitative Related)
·         Master's Degree or PhD Degree Preferred (Quantitative Related)

Qualifications:
·         Prior experience in quantitative or mathematical modeling required
·         Familiarity with statistical modeling approaches a plus
·         Knowledge of C++, SQL, Unix, and other data programming languages also desirable
·         Good understanding of software development lifecycle and software testing processes
·         Experience in distributed computing desirable
·         Experience in numerical computing desirable
