Job Description:Essential Responsibilities:                  
·         Integrate current remote service solutions as per product teams needs/requirements and timelines
·         Support product teams in configuring remote service components while maintaining product quality/existing components
·         Investigate and support modalities with issues from integrations and close them in timely manner
·         Strong problem solving and debugging skills
·         Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
·         Conduct training sessions to bring the modalities/stake holders up to speed with current remote solutions and designs
·         Generate clear and concise integration training documentation/guides
·         Assist with maintenance of current remote software components
Qualifications/Requirements:
·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
·         Minimum 3-5 years' experience using object oriented design, data modeling, and analysis methodologies
·         Minimum 3-5 years' experience in object oriented technologies, programming languages C++ or C#, scripting languages like perl/windows batch
·         Experience working with Global teams and cross functional teams
Desired Characteristics:
·         Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
·         Bachelor's  degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
·         Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-site development organization
·         High initiative in working through difficult problems and obstacles
·         Experience working in agile development environment
