Job Description:Title: DATA SCIENTIST (SAS)
Duration: 11 Months Contract
Location: Memphis, TN
 
Required Skills :
 
·          Bachelor's degree/equivalent in computer science, MIS or related                  discipline
·          7+ years' experience in systems development.
·          Perform statistical analysis
·          In-depth understanding of current database options as well as                        emerging technologies
·          Develop and program databases
·          Conceptual modeling
·          Statistical analysis
·          Predictive modeling
·          Hypothesis testing including formulating physical tests to validate                  them
·          Being able to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
·          Strong written and verbal communication skills
·          Having a good understanding of design and architecture principles
·          Being able to work autonomously
 
Responsibilities :
 
Responsible for writing programs to maintain and control computer systems software for operating systems, networked systems, and database systems. Responsible for creating the software platform, and then fine-tuning the final program after it has been made.
