Core Java - OOPS concepts,Threads,Garbage Collection, Collections, Features (Annotations, Generics etc),Classloaders,Serialization
XHTML1.0 :- Working knowledge of tags and their significance
JavaScript –Hands on experience on DOM API, understanding of JavaScript Engine, Object Oriented JavaScript programming
JQuery – Hands on experience on building UI controls using JQuery
CSS3 –Primary working knowledge on CSS
Spring - Basic Concepts(Bean lifecycle,configurations,autowiring),AOP,Intercepters,Spring Modules (JDBC,MVC,Core)
Struts - Basics,internationalization,validation framework
WebServices - Types of WebServices,TopDown/Bottom Up, Steps involved in consumption of a service
Testing - JUnit Framework,SOAPUI,Comparator Testing
Design Patterns :- Singleton,Factory,Business Delegate, Facade
Performance Engineering :- Types of Perf Tests, Understanding of matrices, Tools for Pert Testing
Tools :- Maven,SVN,Code Dependency Mgmt, Deployment
Owns the core development team and deliverables
Involves in creating design artifacts, drives design discussions and develop design using J2EE standard
Collaborates with Project Managers to estimate and plan work, provide status updates to stakeholders and executives
Reports critical issues to management effectively, timely, and with clarity.
Owns the quality and performance of the code
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.           


Job Requirements: Nice to Have:

Proactively adds unsolicited observations about existing Architecture
Infrastructure :- Load Balancing, Application Monitoring, Session Mgmt,
App Server :- Service Packs, Deployment Architecture (Node,NodeAgent,Cell),Server Resources (JMS datasource)
J2EE Security :- JAAS,Encryption/Decryption
