Job Title      : Salesforce Business Analyst

Location      : San Jose, California

Duration      : 5-6 Months

 

Primary Skill:

  • Salesforce.com
  • Force.com
  • Salesforce Partner Portal
  • 4 to 5 years work experience in a relevant position with emphasis on information systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance on both packaged software and custom developed applications.
  • Demonstration of strong interpersonal and written/oral communications.
  • Excellent problem analysis, problem solving, and technical resolution skills.
  • Must have strong time management skills to accommodate work on multiple, concurrent projects and proficient completion of administrative tasks.
  • Salesforce.com experience in configuration, administration and implementation is preferred.
  • Mobile apps experience is preferred.
  • Previous development background is preferred.

 

Essential Skill:

  • Client management
  • Functional strong in Salesforce
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Ability to directly communicate and work with client's team.

 

Additional Skill:

  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to take ownership and multi-task in a fast pace environment

 

Roles:

·         Lead business analyst member of the team delivering Cloud Strategy and Cloud Architecture services.

·         Lead and participate in engagements that have a strong business focus, as well as requirements gathering focus.

·         Accountable for meeting the project objectives, client satisfaction and utilization targets for those engagements, as well as for contributing to the overall success of the Client Services team.

 

Responsibilities

·         Work closely with customers to synthesize their cloud infrastructure strategy and identify and establish requirements for the cloud architecture platform and implementation roadmap

·         Define and facilitate customer interviews and workshops at multiple levels of the organization – executives, business users, technical resources

·         Assemble, assess, and analyze information and write high level requirements documentation

·         Work with the customer to define the priorities of the cloud solutions and prioritize the cloud strategy and architecture requirements

·         Generate business process flows

·         Able to build the quantitative and qualitative business case, as necessary

·         Ability to work on-site with customers

·         Putting together presentations for different audiences

·         Ability to interview executives at all levels of the organization

·         Ability to perform low / detail business analysis

·         Presentation skills

·         Relationship management capabilities

·         Depth or more experience by vertical industry e.g. Manufacturing

·         Strong abilities to work and interface with clients

·         Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

·         Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Think on their feet in the presence of customers

·         Experience working with cross-functional organizational groups

·         Must be comfortable communicating with IT developers, architects, and managers as well as with business SMEs, managers and executives
