Ability to design overall upgrade approach, coordinate development of overall UCM upgrade (including the data quality IIR integration), adhere to project schedule, work with overall PM to establish sprints, prepare estimates, prepare technical deliverables and documentation

Experience in performing UCM Upgrades and identifying the delta.
Experience in performing UCM Upgrades and identifying the delta.
Deep knowledge and hands on skills:
EAI (Web Service, JMS, Workflow, BS)
Advanced Configuration (Building custom UI, Workflow, Business Service, eScripting)
Expertise in hands-on PL/SQL
Follow industry best practice

Strong Data Quality experience with Informatica IIR is preferred but not mandatory. Implementing Data Cleansing and De-duping in Batch processes will be required
