Job Duration:01 Year (contract)
Job Description:-
users of the Patient Online Services and Provider services product lines. Team members are expected to have extremely strong interpersonal communication skills. Participation in a 24x7 on call rotation is required.
Candidate should have experience working in a fast paced environment and communicating effectively during difficult situations. When not directly supporting users (end-users, level 1 and level 2 support), this team member will document system functionality and write knowledgebase articles for level 1, level 2, and level 3 support teams.
Previous experience in a software development support organization is highly desirable.
Individual must have a cheerful and energetic attitude as well as impeccable written and verbal communication skills. This person will be interacting extensively with non-technical users and must be able to explain complex technical problems.
Highly Required/Desired Skills:-
*1 Years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (Black box / White box testing) Highly desired
*2 Years of experience in C# Highly desired
*2 Years of experience in SQL is Required
*2 Years of experience in XML Highly desired
*1 Years of experience in Customer Support is Required
*1 Years of experience in Web Application Development or Support.
