Key Skills:                  

·          Experience working in an IT Services based organization

·          Experience working in an IT Service Management Office or Project Management Office

·          General, well-rounded person that can play multiple roles

·          Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written

·          Exceptional collaboration skills

·          Background in Infrastructure Services

·          Able to lead multiple projects and collaborate across multiple organizations and geographic regions

·          Familiarity with web-based design and development tools for editing content

·          Experience within Cisco IT is desirable
