Title: Bench Sales Lead
Location: Vishakhapatnam
Roles and Responsibilities & Skills Required:
· At least 6+ years of experience working with an US IT Solutions/Staffing company. Must have solid experience in working with diversified Employees/Consultants in USA.
· Prior track record of heading & leading complete Bench Sales efforts - Managing & Building Teams, Process, Metrics, Methodologies
· Experience in establishing relationship and network with companies/vendors and candidates to find appropriate opportunities to place bench candidates. Generate leads from the contacts where appropriate. Should have a drive to convert prospect leads into business.
· Provide strategic guidance and leadership to a team of Business Development Executives/Bench Sales Team to focus exclusively on new client acquisition/bench sales candidates.
· Work closely with sales team, bench sales and operations in a continuously changing team environment.
· Must have prior track record of strong recruiting for internal projects/training needs to bring full time employees on board. This include Both experienced and fresh graduates.
· Track record of managing training & placement programs for fresh Graduates including Internship, CPT/OPT and other programs for graduate students.
· Must be able learn and implement effective selling techniques. Should coordinate with candidates from beginning to end involving job search, agreement, rate negotiations, resume and interview preparation, Interview feedback, placement coordination and build relationship with candidates.
· Should have a drive to succeed and offer consistent placements based on the targets defined by the company
· Must be able to place our experienced consultants on contract positions with direct, indirect channels.
· Should have excellent spoken and written English. Must be a team player and offer leadership wherever required. Should be able to take initiatives when necessary
· Must be self motivated and should be able to coach / Drive / Guide candidates into right career path.
· Some extended hours may be required as per position demands. Should be able to work under pressure.
· Must have experience working with different employment types (W2, 1099, C2C), Tax Terms, Visa/Immigration policies etc. (H-1B, OPT, L Visa etc).
· Experience in bringing right resources on board for various projects. Experience working with range of consultants with various work statuses from Citizens/GCs, OPT/CPT/H1B to bring them onboard.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy, Planning and Innovation:
Formulate, develop and implement the delivery of digital marketing strategy,
Take the lead on digital content and technology strategies and roadmaps, supporting Digital Engagement in the development and implementation of the overall Digital Engagement strategy to meet the needs of the overall business plan.
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
Managing the website/s redesign
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Work in partnership with teams across the organization to develop an integrated, forward-looking, ambitious digital culture
2. Compliance & Monitoring:
Ensuring compliance in all the identified business areas like Intellectual Property Rights, Trademark, Licensing, etc.
Evaluation and monitoring of all the marketing campaigns, as well as, sales reports, to inform future campaign initiatives.
Protect the use of the brand guidelines and ensuring its compliance in all forms of communication internally and externally.
Monitor threats and opportunities and amend actions where necessary, to ensure brand/Sales development
3. People Management & Capability Building:
Develop a high-performing team with a can do attitude and a distinct internal-customer service focus.
Identify development needs of the team and ensure appropriate action
Facilitate effective and efficient cross-functional communication and ensure seamlessness.
Impart Training to the team
Monitor the performance of the team and ensure the necessary direction and training are provided
Maintain close liaison with all departments on activities and seek any advice if required
Attending the Review meetings & Undertake any other responsibilities assigned to him by the CEO
4. Relationship Management & Communication:
Negotiates with Media agents to secure agreements in content, graphic design and PR
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to-market products and services.
Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
