Title:  Backend/Java Developers

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Palo Alto (CA)

*Face to Face required after telephonic round*

**SDE BACKEND/NODE.JS**

Job Description:

·  We are currently looking for strong Backend/Java Developers with LAMP or MEAN stack experience.

·  Ready for being hands-on individual contributor role, working in cross-functional agile team, defining and developing software components.

·  Proficient with large scale application development with deep understanding of key architectural concepts that differentiate high performance, high availability, and scaling.

·  Strong knowledge in developing API Services based on standard design patterns

·  Familiar or recent experience with Node.JS

·  Knowledge and proficiency in SLDC best practices  including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and deployment operations.

·  Experience JavaScript and JS frameworks, AJAX, Scala, HTML5, CSS 

·  Experience with JSP, Struts, JSF is a plus.

·  Proficient in IDE usage like Eclipse, NetBeans.

·  Working knowledge of SQL. Experience with one or more databases like Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server etc.

·  Experience in EJB/Hibernate /Java (Backend).

Qualification:

5+ years of professional software development experience with Object Oriented Concepts using Java/C++

3+ years of building applications on cloud-based systems using Amazon Web Services or similar

A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Master's Degree preferred.

Excellent problem solving, debugging, design and debugging skills.

Comfortable both working within an existing code base and writing code from scratch

Excellent communications skills both in team, across team and with management and other discipline.
