Title: Sr. Web Developer / Architect

Location: Schaumburg, IL

 Must work onsite for the first 2-3 months than remote possibility after that

Seeking someone very proficient with coding Web UI. This person will develop and lead the UI side of the web. Looking for a person who has done development in 2-3 different web environments and architecting out web scenarios and can build things independently. Someone who has experienced enough and has failed and learned from their mistakes. Will be given the reigns to produce and be creative but must be accountable They do NOT want a Project manager to oversee a web environment

Required Skills:

• 3-8 years' experience minimally architecting web environments
• Should have experience with Pyramids or other Python based frameworks -Python/JavaScript as this is what they currently use (or another type of similar skill set such as Google's Toolbox or something manager would recognize) Linux, Ajax, CSS/HTML
• Strong UI design and wire framing skills Backend knowledge does not have to be great
• Be able to communicate in a professional manor with clients Pluses: Java, PL/SQL, C, COBOL
• Manager doesn't like candidates that only has background in ONE programming language
