Position: TrueComp Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 12+ Months
Required:-
Experience in creating Compensation Plans, Rules, Territories, Formulae, etc. using Callidus TrueComp application.
Experience in creating rule elements used in the rules of compensation plans such as fixed value, variables, territories, rate tables, look up tables, quota, and formula, etc in TrueComp.
Experience in creating Credit types, Event Types, earning groups and reason codes in TrueComp application for commission calculations based on lines of business.
Experience in creating various commission reports for business users to understand the payments of the agents.
Implementation of various optimization techniques for batch cycles to improve the performance using grid memory utilization techniques, position reduction, and database archival and fine tuning of SQL scripts, stored procedure and packages.
Implementation of pending queue management concept to hold the payments of the agents.
Implementation of look up tables for commission rates for agents based on age bands, product type, withdrawal charge option and indicators
