Roles & Responsibilities

 

•           Interact with business stakeholders to discover, capture and assess project requirements and produce required documentation and effort estimates of projects.

•           Translate business requirements into architected solutions. Create all required technical documentation to support development of the architected solution.

•           Architect, design and configure SharePoint 2010/2013 environments for maximum reliability and scalability as required.

•           Perform code review and testing as required

•           Participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) cycle to collect and action customer feedback.

•           Perform all required knowledge transfer to the support team to ensure ongoing support for new solutions and updates.

•           Coordinate with vendors and partners to evaluate, assess and integrate third party solutions

Skills & Knowledge Required

 

•           A minimum of 5+ years SharePoint experience

•           A minimum of 2+ years of experience with SQL Server 2005 or 2008

•           Previous experience supporting the design and deployment of enterprise wide SharePoint 2010 solutions.

•           SharePoint 2010 hands-on OOTB and custom development experience

•           Experience with the following: ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, CSS, JQuery, Visual Studio, TFS and PowerShell

•           Strong attention to detail and a firm understanding of design concepts

•           A technical diploma or degree in Computer Science​​
